Your client notes stay yours.

FixBrief exists to hold the messy parts of client work. That only works if the data is private by default.

What we store

Projects you create (name, client name, category, agreed scope, optional hourly rate), the analyses run on them, the revision tasks produced, the replies you generate or edit, and your saved preferences.

Who can see it

Only the account that created it. Every record is scoped to its owner at the database level, so another signed-in user cannot open your project even by guessing a link. Public pages never display your projects.

AI processing

When you run an analysis, the feedback text and the saved scope for that project are sent to the AI model that produces the structured result. Nothing is sent until you press Analyze Feedback, and nothing is published anywhere afterwards.

Deleting data

Deleting a project removes it along with its analyses, tasks and replies, after a confirmation step. You can do this from the project page at any time.

Email

Your account email is used for sign-in and account messages only. FixBrief does not send marketing email.

This page describes how the product behaves in this workspace. If you need a formal data-processing agreement for your studio, talk to whoever operates this deployment.
