AI output is a draft

Analyses, scope flags, hour estimates and replies are generated suggestions. Review and edit them before you send anything to a client. You are responsible for what you send.

Scope flags are not billing decisions

When FixBrief marks a request as potentially extra work, it is comparing text against the scope you entered. It never states that work is billable, contracted or approved. Those decisions are yours.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you save and for keeping your login secure. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. Features may change as the product develops, and analyses may occasionally fail. If that happens, nothing is saved and you can retry.
